Hola! I’m Oscar. I am LOUD, energetic and smart! My big smile and loud laugh is infectious and endearing. I am always on the move unless I’ve got a challenge in front of me – I love solving puzzles! My mom and dad both work to provide for me and my half-brother Dylan, and they are thankful to have somewhere safe to leave me during the day.
