Mission

“To follow Jesus’ example of serving the needy by helping children, their famiies and their communities attain physical and spiritual wholeness.”

Roots & Wings, based in Mazatlán, Mexico focuses on supporting families by providing Christian childcare and educational services.

For children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, offering healthy and affordable childcare and preschool, ensuring that these young ones have a safe and nurturing environment while their parents are at work.

For school age students, providing a Christian academic education and before/after school care helping to bridge the gap for families who need support beyond regular school hours.

For parents:  supporting parents with opportunities in: continuing education, job placement, Bible study and church service, Christian counseling, Christian rehabilitation, and foster care.

The Story Behind Our Movement

Our mission is to come alongside families and offer them assistance, allowing their children to remain in the home and building parents’ capacity to provide and care for their children.
