Emanuel lives with his mom and older brother. He is an extremely happy, smiley and easygoing baby boy. Emanuel’s mom works for the parks & rec department to provide for her family, but despite her efforts, she struggles to meet their physical and emotional needs.  She is learning a lot about how to be a great mom to her sons and Emanuel loves playing and developing with his friends at Roots & Wings!
